Payment options

Full payment is due on the day of treatment for all patients.

Our clinics accept various payment methods including cash, EFTPOS, and credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard and Amex).

We understand that sometimes illness can occur suddenly and unexpectedly, and offer the following payment options to assist you in obtaining the care that your pet requires.

  • VetPay

    VetPay is a payment plan by an external company that lets you pay for your pet’s treatment over time. An initial deposit is taken by the clinic, and then future payments are direct debited from your nominated bank account.

    Fees and charges to VetPay apply.

    If you are interested in using VetPay please ask our friendly staff for assistance, VetPay must be organised prior to any treatment.

  • GapOnly

    GapOnly® reviews and calculates your pet insurance claim while you’re still at the vet. You simply pay the gap (the difference between the vet’s invoice and the claim benefit under your policy) and go.

    This is only available from GapOnly® ready pet insurance policies.

    Please let staff know if you would like to process a GapOnly claim prior to payment.
